  • Consent — where applicable

We do not currently operate a marketing list and we do not send unsolicited marketing emails. If we introduce firm updates or insights in the future, we will only send these to individuals who have consented to receive them, and every communication will include an unsubscribe option.

  • Use of reputable IT providers (Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace) with industry-standard security
  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest, where supported by our infrastructure
  • Access controls limiting who within the firm can access personal information
  • Confidentiality obligations binding all members of the firm
  • Regular review of our security practices

No system is completely secure, but we maintain practices appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we handle.
